Dr. Reginald L. Rodges is a licensed Chiropractor and certified health professional with multiple credentials in Personal Training, Weight Loss Management, and Total Wellness Coaching. His approach to health is both deeply personal and profoundly scientific—rooted in education, empathy, and real-life transformation.

A spinal cord injury survivor of 27 years, Dr. Rodges understands better than most the true value of health and the pain of losing it. Following a C6 burst fracture, he spent a year in intensive rehabilitation, emerging with the residual limitations shared by many quadriplegics. Despite these challenges—and perhaps because of them—Dr. Rodges transformed adversity into purpose. His journey fuels an unwavering passion for helping others reclaim control of their health, starting with what matters most: nutrition.

For over two decades, Dr. Rodges has guided patients and clients toward sustainable weight loss and lifestyle transformation.
